Korean Crisis

if dear Moderators feel my post inappropriate, please feel free to remove it.

But I see news about Korean Crisis and am worrying about it.

I don't know politics or international relations and I do not have much time to pay attention but recently,

1, brother of North Korean dynasty leader had been assassinated.

2, USA and South Korean pushed forward the plan of bestowing Terminal High Altitude Area Defense in South Korean.

3, North Korean army inspection ceremony and motion about nuclear trial. USA carriers moved from Japan military base to Korean peninsula.

They said the war is on the bow string and has been drawn.

Days ago, people in my country made unanimous opposition striking on Korean enterprise which assisted South Korean government's THAAD deployment. I'm a patriot so of course I support our opposition voices. I mean no offense to western people or governments. I think Chinese people's opposition stance is sheerly out of defensive purposes. It is too terrible to see a ferocious hound or sniffer to sit at the door of your home.

But I also worried about South Korean's safety, except for THAAD, what should protect them? In case North Korean's leader would be so crazy...

So see, although western and China seem being in opposite, actually we have the same wish to end Korean peninsula turmoil with no casualty from any party. I don't want to see anyone to be hurt, our people, western people, North Korean people, South Korean people. Human beings are lovely, every ethnic is a lovely species, every single individual is lovely provided he is not a pure evil.

But it seems the war is coming? Is it true? What would be your opinions?

Started from several months ago, I started to become quite strange, weird to me, I had gradually generated a nouveau feeling within myself, which had never been existent before. Now, I tend to feel that every human being is lovely in his/her/hisher own way. This hadn't happened before. There might be a reason behind this but it's a long story. I dread lovely people to be unnecessarily hurt or removed.

My life is a very strange mystery I want to contact someone who can parse it.

My feeling human beings to be lovely, leads to my over concern about many others' fate and experience, I'm disturbed by uncontrollable entering the others' dilemma or misery by my mind, and I'm easily prone to love a lovely girl, even if she's got married. I started to like them, it's my own business, when I couldn't help any in an efficient way, my unconscious showing of my like my fancy to them would only trouble them. I'm a problematic pig. But this overflowing of love human species, whether it happened to the others? So weird.

I have a similar feeling.

How to Love Everyone

Each person is beautiful. Like a snowflake, each person is an individual, unique. Beautiful like a mathematical theorem or music. Each person has their own combination of traits that combine to make them unique, special, that tell a story of their history going back to the beginning of time. Physical traits, psychological traits. If a person is unpleasant, there is a cause, a logic to it. Music in a minor key can still be beautiful. All life is a miracle, all life is beautiful like music, art, natural law, or mathematics.

The beauty of each person is a kind of beauty that evokes love. A platonic love, like love of nature, like awe of nature. Love doesn't mean you should be their slave. It means you want the best for them, for them to be happy, for them to get from life what they came here to learn. They can't do that if you solve all their problems.

To see the beauty in each person, you have to stop thinking about yourself. When you see a person, you might think of them in relation to yourself. Are they friendly or not? Pleasant or not? Attractive or not? Good, bad, nice, nasty, better, worse, higher, lower, liked, disliked? All these ways we think of people put them in relation to ourselves. Like monkeys in a cage determining a social hierarchy. It blinds us to the true beauty of each person because the feelings produced by those ways of thinking confuse us, make us defensive.

To see the true beauty of each person, you have to stop thinking of yourself in relation to other people. You have to forget yourself. This is not mystical. Forgive yourself, you don't have to be perfect. You don't have to be the top monkey. When you see a person you might not like, let go of your attitudes and prejudices. Let go of your dislike, anger, fear, or envy. Forget yourself. Accept people as they are. We are all on a path of spiritual development, some are further along, some are less far. Don't think of yourself, understand, sympathize with the difficulties others had to endure which made them what they are. Look for the beauty in their uniqueness, in their variety. Relax. When you are at peace with yourself, you naturally stop thinking about yourself. All those feelings, liking, disliking, fearing, wanting, not wanting that create the dualistic mind set of self vs. other evaporate and you can see the truth, the beauty, the loveliness of each person.

Wow, every time I see posts here I am like covered by divine revelations. Unfortunately I need to go to sleep soon.

Jim_Smith, thank you for that what you said are too good. I absolutely agree.

It's strange why I felt these so strongly first time in my life, perhaps my life path has been meant for the learning process. My life path has lead me to realization of this feeling.

Do you meditate?

I can't imagine why it should be!

My feeling is that this will end all right. NK has finally pushed things to the point where China wants rid of them. Trump seems to be getting some sort of deal with China to that effect, so fingers crossed, this might end really well. I hope I am right!

Thank you for your kindness dear David Bailey.
So do I.
If China could let North Korean calm down, certainly we will do everything we can.
I love South Korean culture. South Korean is generally not friendly to Chinese but their cultures are super lovely.:)

What South Korea has achieved in 60 years took Western countries 600 years to achieve: a transformation from traditional feudal society, through an authoritarian industrial one, to a diverse liberal democratic post-industrial society which it is nowadays.

You know I hadn't thought of this in terms of SK but I am amazed at the pace in India which has a massive youth bubble.

The world is moving faster and faster toward some new convergence it seems.

Sorry, Malf, I missed this.

Yeah I think DPRK exists (although we did totally obliterate almost all their cities in the Korean War, and it is reported many of their buildings are fake), but I don't think we can know what's really going on over there... everything is propaganda on both sides...fake news to the max.

I definitely think DPRK has been intentionally shaped into a fuse for another war.

Have you checked out their twitter feed? Whoever runs it is a pretty good troll.
