Men like to be right — Duh! Novel experiment demonstrates link with psychic abilities |288|

Here's a new Julia Mossbridge interview by John Dupuy of iAwake Technologies:

She covers the same material as in Alex's interview (but without the fireworks), and also goes into much more detail about her new Choice Compass app. I would download the app for sure, if I had a smartphone. :)

Nice interview but I preferred the fire in the one Alex did.
I will post a quote here though from Julia in this interview which may be the first time I've heard the love of science likened to sex!

Julia said “The unknown is the lover you are trying to court as a scientist. It’s naked nature trying to take off its clothes and show you its body parts.
It’s a romantic passionate process which has nothing to do with what happens in the end”

Which may be the way it is for Julia but perhaps not for her materialist scientific pals who are surely doing their level best not to rip the clothes off reality to reveal a new orgasmic paradigm!

Unfolding the Perpetual Signs of Your Soul’s Work by Julia Mossbridge –Julia's new book if I heard it right.

Her app Choice Compass

Nice quote.
I had already transcribed that bit too, though the wording seems slightly different:
The unknown is the lover that you're trying to court - as a scientist.

It's naked nature.

You're trying to get nature to take off its clothes and show you its bodyparts, essentially.

Julia Mossbridge: I’m not really defending it that vigorously. Most people in the mainstream would say I’m kind of nuts because of this stuff. And to take the near-death experience stuff seriously, most people in the mainstream would say that that’s kind of nuts. I’m not defending it vigorously. I’m just defending a sense of humility around [the idea] no one should be vigorous in defending any position around consciousness because we know so little. At the same time we need to be open-minded and skeptical, and rigorous about what we’re doing.

Wow. One of the most shallow looks at consciousness I've yet to hear. "No one should be vigorous in defending, . . . and skeptical, and rigorous about what we're doing." Whaaaa???? She learned her academic double-speak pretty good, me talk so pretty one day! ROFL!

Complains about sexism in science (16:54) OMG, let me just fart the flames a little more while saying actually nothing of consequence in the way of anything significant . . .#metoo
YAWN.

Contradicted herself so many times by (25:45) I can no longer listen. Does not sound open-minded, sounds at once self-righteous and apologetic.

Now I feel like a good listener and citizen I must find something to appreciate her for . . .

32:40 OK, that's it! "I'm trying to understand what you want from me, as an interview subject. . ."

Enough. How sad. So uncomfortable, oozing defensiveness, and not even authentic enough to be in touch with her own agenda as an interview subject.

yeah, but it's tough out there. I can't fault anyone for playing the game in order to keep their job. she just needs to work on the double-talk.

I do fault them, all of them. If more folks would have the courage and creativity to get out of the game we would not be in this mess. Maybe we'd even have a new game by now.

Maybe good folk are being too nice and too tolerant? Pathological altruism, perhaps?
