Political Correctness Sexual Assault in Europe Thread Two

As I think the previous thread clarified, many sexual assaults in Sweden were not reported by the media and anyone who spoke of it was accused of racism, It is good to be cautious/skeptical of the information we receive via mainstream media but there is an underlying trigger for the backlash that we are seeing in Germany now and it is not purely because of xenophobia. Maybe the lesson that should be learned is tell the truth, no matter how ugly it is, so that solutions may be found before things get worse.

I agree with you on reporting the facts and only the facts. However that often doesn't happen.

The thread didn't clarify anything. People expressed their opinions.

Almost all media (mainstream and even more so rightwing) sources have agendas. And more importantly, there are a lot of groups that seek to heighten anti-refugee sentiment. Getting some women to claim they were raped is not a new tactic. Unless you accurately RV'd all of the events you have no way of knowing what happened or not. What you do is choose what to believe.

I am a bit shocked at your response Saiko..."getting some women to claim they were raped"? Based on my research I choose to believe that not only did it happen, but it will continue to happen unless the underlying causes are directly addressed.

Ask Saiko to back up any assertion made, 9 times out of 10, (s)he(it) cannot. What a total pussy.

In what manner do you think the muslims over there should be exterminated? Would you opt for a humane extermination or an efficient & expedient extermination, say if you had to sacrifice one for the other?

The rape capitals of the world that are now Stockholm and Oslo, the British "grooming" cases involving thousands of teen girls, the Swedish mass sex assaults from last summer, the "Taharrush gamea", the mass sex assaults on New Year's Eve in all major German cities, Amsterdam,Vienna, Helsinki, Brussels - all of this is fake and right-wing fabrication. I'm glad Saiko finally sorted it out for me.

I was thinking more along the lines of compulsory evening classes Yanni....:D

Oh, I see. I didn't realize that.

So do you think I should feel embarrassed now? I don't. We all know deep down that a holocaust against the Muslim population is the only way to solve this problem. It's just that some of us are too politically correct to admit it aloud. Well I am not. They all must die. It's so obvious.

??? Why are you shocked? As I stated that tactic is not new. It's been used many times as part of reinforcing antagonism against a certain group or person.

Yes, and rape is also used as a war crime to terrorize, demoralize and colonize a population.
Yes. However comparing the mindset of refugees to that of armies is bizarre. IMO it shouts xenophobia. If these people had a martial mindset they'd have stayed in Syria and joined one side or the other.

One only needs to read deeper into online sources including blogs and other personal accounts to see that the issue is a very real one. I'm of the opinion that many muslims coming from traditional eastern cultures just have no place in contemporary western culture, as harsh as that sounds. Our values have grown too far apart, especially as concerning women, to make peaceful coexistence a possibility right now.

Here is another example of why the two "cultures" are not a good mix at this particular time:

"the suspects told the police that “such persons must be stoned.”"

Lethal homophobia is widespread in the Arab world and Iran. A 2008 British Wikileaks dispatch noted that the Islamic Republic of Iran has executed “between 4,000 and 6,000 gays and lesbians” since the Islamic revolution in 1979.

Islamic State has murdered dozens of gays by tossing the men off buildings. Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Yemen and Qatar, to name just some of the most anti-gay countries, persecute LGBTs with the death penalty and imprisonment.

According to a report on Friday on television station SAT1.NRW, the men attacked Yasmine und Elisa, two transgender women, near the city’s main train station.

“Within seconds we were tossed around…and they took stones from a gravel bed on the corner and threw them at us,” said Elisa.

A police car appeared at the train station as the stoning attack unfolded and arrested the men.

The German media as a general rule do not disclose the last names of victims to protect their privacy. The three men are between 16 and 18 years-old and are known to the authorities from theft and assault arrests.

Dortmund police official Kim-Ben Freigang said the suspects told the police that “such persons must be stoned.”

Yasmine installed a security camera at the residence where she lives with Elisa after the attacks. “That was barbaric what they did. They are barbarians,” Yasmine said.

She added that she could not believe that such an act of shamelessness occurred. “In 2016, in Germany, with stoning!” According to the SATI.NRW report, Yasmine said it was the first time in 30 years she felt unsafe as a transgender woman.

According to Yasmine and Elisa, the three young men propositioned them, but after they realized that Yasmine and Elisa are transgender women, they attacked them with stones.

Stoning people to death is a penalty used in nine Muslim-majority countries. In November, a criminal court in Iran’s northern province of Gilan sentenced a woman to be executed by stoning for alleged complicity in the murder of her husband, Arash Babaieepour Tabrizinejad.

The stoning penalty of the woman, who was only identified by the initials “A.Kh,” was first reported on the Persian-language Iranian website LAHIG.

According to the LAHIG report, the court imposed the penalty on the woman after an initial sentence of lashings and a 25-year prison sentence. The criminal court in the city of Rasht in Gilan issued the sentence.

I wasn't referring to the immigrants, I was referring to the rapists.

Okay, so your xenophobia is Islamophobic. Offering your bias as a point of argument serves no purpose. What you've opined is the same line spewed by xenophobes since forever. The only surprise is that there are people with mindsets like yours posting here.

I'd offer that mindsets like yours are as much, or more, out of place with "genuine" Western values than that of many Muslims.

??? No one here supports rapists. The entire discourse is about using the alleged misdeeds of a few to drive policies against migrants overall.

Sorry, I thought we were playing a word game where truth was entirely subjective.

Nobody here is against immigration. Everybody recognizes that the majority of the refugees are victims of war and have every intention of leading peaceful, productive lives. However, the issues that have been raised regarding the violent displays of certain cultural traditions/values that are antithetical to the levels of tolerance enjoyed by many minority groups in the west need to be addressed.
Open door policy is not working. Basic procedures must be put in place to protect women and children, both western and muslim. Separate living quarters for female refugees if requested (ie not splitting up families, but providing woman a safe place). Informing all refugees, in a language they understand, some basic values such as peacefulness, equality and respect for cultural differences, freedom to behave in any manner that falls within the democratic law of the land. Informing them that breaking the law will result in consequences including incarceration and deportation where possible.

Saiko is displaying the exact type of thinking described earlier here:
I don't agree with all of Pat's views, but I admire his witty thrust against PC thinking & "liberal-progressive" censorship, blindness and intolerance-in-the-name-of-"tolerance"* (...)
