In a sense I've been a spiritual seeker all my life. Raised Catholic, I remember questioning certain aspects of the faith as young as 7 yrs old. I went to a private Catholic High School and was told by the priest Iin my religion class I was mentally disturbed, because I questioned apparent contradictions. As a high school teenager I experimented with LSD and spent 2 yrs trying to find god pretty much every weekend. Did I find god? hmmm sort of. The final experience before I decided to seek god naturally was very profound and has never left me. I think it was the purest of visions because I had no preconceptions at the time. I followed that part of my life up with an extended trip to India, but I became disillusioned with the ideas of guru by the time I came home. I think what has followed is really based on those experiences and the journey continues.
