God, David Bailey is the absolute worst. I was just catching up on the last three or four pages of that thread, and I now have a ton of questions and stuff. A bunch of comments I wanted to reply to. Apparently, there was potential for the thread to become too polarized. It had to be shut down...

These kinds of studies aren't meant to be taken seriously. Academics like to have papers published. For one thing it demonstrates hard work by showing they've been going beyond their typical four hours per week average.

This is why I don't take academics seriously.

Dare I say we need a separation of education and state. The state is murdering citizens of the nation in cold blood and nobody cares. A contributing factor is most likely this lack of separation. Now we need a separation of state and nation. Wake up, sheeple!
