Surely you can recognize the difference between "candidate" Trump and "President" Trump? It doesn't take much to understand propaganda and appealing to a base just to get (s)elected/proletariat support. Those tweets are meaningless -- other than for poor unawakened Trump supporters to look back at them, shake their heads, and wonder about the seeming "about face" on Middle East intervention. But you are not one of the unawakened, it would seem. And supposedly neither is Alex Jones.
Alex Jones has purportedly been "waking" people up to the nefarious and traitorous actions of the elite for decades -- from JFK to Oklahoma City to Bohemian Grove to 9/11 to various other false flags and false narratives involving both so-called Republicans and Democrats -- and yet, despite Trump's close associations with all of the same said bad guys (Epstein, Clintons, Neocons, Roy Cohn, Organized Crime, Wall Street, etc.), Jones suddenly and inexplicably became a believer, supporter, and endorser of Trump as a White Hat/Rogue Candidate. His station morphed almost overnight from a conspiracy/penis pill site to a site almost indistinguishable from any other right wing republican propaganda site. How could this be, when Jones has been researching deep state history/issues/agendas/personalities his entire public life and surely must have been familiar with the manufacturing of consent and the bait and switch techniques of Presidential candidates by now? Yet, each and every move made by "President" Trump and his associates (including his swamp filling appointments) that went against candidate Trump's promises were justified by Jones. He told his listeners it was all part of a longer game plan, to have faith, etc... Shameful.
In my opinion, Jones is a snake oil salesman, and not just because of the penis pills. His rant is completely disingenuous -- and filmed precisely so his remaining supporters would believe he, too, was disappointed in Trump's decision on Syria. It's all theater.
