Yes. I think about all the ways in which something becomes 'wrong' and its impact on whether or not it is still true.

A summary means that you necessarily have to leave out information.

An approximate truth may be wrong even though what it describes is correct under most every condition we encounter ("an object weighs the same whether it is moving or not").

A word may be substituted by a different word with the same meaning, yet alter whether the statement is still correct.
