Not to be incendiary or nuthin', but The Cosby Show was always excruciatingly unfunny, anyway.

I never thought it was funny, but I liked it. It's similar to enjoying episodes of Full House or Save by the Bell. Stuff can be unfunny but still appealing for some reason. (I'm not saying those shows are enjoyable, I'm just saying...)
 
Bill Cosby isn't funny.
He can be. If you're into that really dark, twisted humor.

I feel bad for bumping a dead thread, but my updated stance on the Halloween series MUST be known. I've now come to the conclusion that Carpenter's Halloween is best viewed as a standalone film, and Halloween II, while mild in this regard compared to the other sequels, starts down the path of trying to turn Carpenter's Shape/ Boogeyman into Michael Myers, which was the opposite of what he wanted.
