The problem isn't that the wrong image was used. The problem is that you directly quote a sentence from the paper in order to claim the paper supports an interpretation it explicitly rejects.

You directly quote a sentence from that NASA paper and say look, NASA studied this and here's evidence that they agree with me. But the author of the paper, the one you claim supports your arguement, very explicitly rejects the claim in the sentence you quote in the same paragraph.

Your use of the NASA paper is completely misleading. Do you have an explanation for how and why this happenned?

I don't recall directly quoting this paper, do you mean that an image was on screen highlighting the text?

These alien intervention theories keep popping-up throughout history. I don't know if any of them alone has it right, but there's enough to give it some serious consideration. At one point I tried looking into the scientific pares to find evidence as well, and couldn't find anything definitive. The closest I came was that evolution is glacially slow, yet for some unknown reason attributed to a rapid spontaneous mutation we suddenly acquired a highly developed prefrontal cortex in a relatively short timespan.

In evolutionary timespans, this is like evolving the world's most powerful supercomputer literally over a weekend. Scientists have made attempts to find evidence of tampering in the human genome in order to determine if this was a natural process, but they ultimately stuck with the rapid spontaneous mutation. Personally I find this conclusion a bit dubious. If there were any tampering, it could be made to look exactly like a rapid spontaneous mutation, so I'm sensing some scientific weasel wording in order to play it safe.

Personally, I like the marooned alien geneticist scenario, and have even started a sci-fi novel based on the concept. Maybe this is one of those ideas that floats around out there in the realm of symbolic archetypes that gets picked-up on by various creative thinkers. But does that make it a historical fact? I can't say. But intuitively, I resonate with alien intervention. For all we know, Earth is just one big evolutionary experiment by some vastly powerful alien intelligence. After all, if we demystify God, isn't that exactly the same thing?

If you want to trip out pretty hard watch the new Marvel “Eternals” movie.
It’s the most overt psychological-programming of any Marvel movie yet.
The message is basically: Aliens are managing this planet. Humans are over populating and the world is going to explode. And we need to trust the powerful beings who are trying to stop it.

I’m very suspicious that any “Disclosure” operation will always be accompanied at minimum by feeling fingers of the world oligarchs to find a sufficient narrative capable of kicking the planet up a out notch into full enslavement.

Let's face it, a lot of human ingenuity (design) has gone into those AI robots - even if they are exactly as portrayed.

Suppose the AI neural net had been presented with a couple of pots of resin and some electronic and mechanical components - just how far do you think the net would go - I'd guess nowhere at all.

Those jumping machines (whether simulated or not) were designed and made before the ANN got to even look at the data!

AI is a strange con. People spend immense effort building something just close enough to being already functional, and them marvel that the statistical methods of ANN's (because that is all they are) have finally finished the job off!

To understand consciousness, I think we need to focus on the emotions - the qualia - without which life would be utterly pointless.

The idea that machines can think is actually rather old, as this fascinating book illustrates:

Recently I listening to Haramein say when posed with the artificial Intelligence question;
What is actually artificial about Intelligence?
Is there actually such a thing? If not then what are we talking about? This is to say there's nothing artificial about intelligence..not necessarily his questions.
And - your observation - that intelligence is more then just number crunching.
There's intuitive leaps in conversation people make all the time. We most of time don't even realize we are doing it. The associative use of symbols. Without it it complex ideas would be difficult to capture. I'll it call associative comprehension.
Some song lyrics could illustrate this point.
That being said ; what is one and zero about a song lyric. No mater how many we've got in parallel.

I am sceptical that anything beyond aliens landing in every city, town and village would be accepted as final proof they exist, ancient visitation would likely similarly need an intact craft found in ice or something. I have identified the strongest evidence of prehistoric visitation ever known, it probably is not proof, but it is extremely compelling and the best explanation for the oberservations.

sorry if this was mentioned, but I cant see it but was it ever suggested that this incident be remote viewed? Farsight project for example.
Might be too scattered, multi-event thing to work but worth a try?
