Naomi Wolf is brilliant. She's able to explain in simple terms the way the world's economic and political systems actually function. She makes information palatable in a way many conventional 'conspiracy theorists' cannot.
For myself and at least a few others on the forum, this lecture is just old hat and simple math. Others might find it more challenging, like those who are incapable of seeing many significant world events for what they are- the killing of innocent civilians by their own governments.
I notice that a few current thread topics might be better understood in light of oligarchy (and the talk above). It's interesting that organized skepticism/debunkery like the kind often seen on this forum is a tool of the powers that be. However unfortunate it may be to be a tool unknowingly, just as one might pay for one's own murder.
