This was a listenable episode, to be sure, but a little too self-congratulatory and back-slaphappy for my liking. The best interviews are when the guest challenges the host's strongly held-to, guarded opinions, if not entire worldview, in an intelligent and cogent manner (& vice versa), as opposed to a verbal circle-jerk where nothing new is learned.
I agree, Charlie Robinson's Octopus is one of the better conspiracy tomes out there, and kudos to him for claiming to be willing to examine material with a skeptical yet open mind, even that which conflicts or possibly threatens an individual's long-held views and/or deeply felt assumptions of the world. That is what separates the genuine truth-seeker from the close-minded normie or gatekeeper.
There are those among the alt-media who profess to 'follow the truth wherever it may lead' yet who suspiciously refuse to touch and entertain certain subjects and information, whether due to the cognitive dissonance it would cause them or on account of their perchance being controlled opposition.
For me, the work of Mark Devlin and John Hamer, as just two examples, is most impressive, despite my not being on the same page as them on every last incidental issue. Now, you would think a guy like Hamer, author of The Falsification of Science, among other highly notable works, would make for an apt guest on this show, but curiously he has yet to appear on it and something tells me he never will. (I do hope I'm wrong in this.)
As I'm fairly new to this podcast, I'm learning more about Alex the more I listen and as I go along. For example, only recently have I been made aware as to his background in A.I. This I find more than a little disturbing and yet this would explain why the topic of transhumanism has failed to be properly addressed on his show, as it ought to be, what with it and its philosophy being blatantly anti-human and satanic. Which is to say, soulless Schwab and his cronies like Justin Trudeau, despite their being more than deserving of our attention, are in the grand scheme of things the least of our concerns, with so much focus being centered on the WEF, a la a stage magician diverting the attention of his audience from that which is right in front of their faces.
Although the Octopus is an important read, especially as a primer for the 'unawake' camp to peruse and ponder over, it fails to address the greatest threat facing the freedom of humanity and personal consciousness the world has ever seen -- namely, the Unholy Trinity of transhumanism/posthumanism/AI.
Say what you will of conspiracy researchers who are of the 'no virus' opinion, so long as they openly reveal themselves to be diametrically opposed to said triune threat and are speaking passionately against it, as many of them are and do, they're fine by me and are the true heroes and champions within the alt-media, imo.
Personally, I'm an agnostic with regards to the whole germ theory debate, but I do know that whenever I've come down with the cold (on those very rare occasions that I have), it's only been during vitamin-D-deficient wintertime and when overly exposed to cold temperatures (the environment), and not on account of being indoors and around sneezers and coughers.
