Mathematical rigor (mortis) suffocate science

Hello! I'm new here. A couple of days ago, I came across an article in the old Schiller Institue's archive. It presents (supposed) facts about David Hilbert and Bertrand Russell's mathematical and logical attack on real science and creative discovery.

I've read many threads on these forums, and I feel a lot of respect for the people who discuss here (that's why I joined in the first place), so I wanted to know what are your opinions on this article.

Here's the link: https://archive.schillerinstitute.com/educ/hist/2015/hilbert_and_russell.html
