Where's Alex?

It's pretty quiet everywhere. I just posted on my profile here about The Paracast being on its last legs.
Seems that if anyone has to post or read more than a few hundred characters, they don't bother.
I think it's in no small part due to cellphone culture.

According to his profile, Alex was last seen July 7, 2023

Unfortunately, Skeptiko forum is dead. I was surprised to meet you here, wandering around the ruins...

Skeptiko podcast is also gone, not a single new interview in a year.

And even Alex's blog was silent for the same year - no entries whatsoever.

His last visit here was in fact on January 16, 2025 (lately he was "Alex2", not simply "Alex").

Since this year had begun, he apparently disappeared from the Web.

Skeptiko is no more. But life goes on.

Yep — an apt way to put it.

After notifying Gene at The Paracast that the site was down — he ( or someone there ) renewed it, and there has been a few exchanges — but Gene is still absent most of the time. I tried the Alien Hub and Alien Expanse forums, but the moderator/owners there were equally self-sabotaging with their censorship.

It's ironic how so many supposedly open minded people are so closed to anything that contradicts their own belief systems. This seems to be the final fate of such platforms. Between corrupt governments and control freak owners, the same thing will eventually happen to Truth Social and X. I mean it literally already happened with Twitter ( lol ).
